Lia B. Cahsai is an executive with a rare combination of experience in the areas of Marketing and Human Resource. Her experience of over 15 years at Ethiopian Airlines has provided herb with opportunities to atta in high level positions such as, Director of In-flight Services, Manager Assessment and Development in HR, Division Manager Marketing & Total Quality Management, Department Manager Ground Handling Procedures and Commercial Training Manager.

Lia also comes with 8 years international school leadership experience as Human Resource Manager at the International Community School of Addis Ababa. Moreover, Lia has worked for United Airlines in London, Daallo Airlines in Dubai and, Zeleman, a successful marketing company in Ethiopia.

Lia has attended countless aviation and management courses and obtained her Master degree from the State University of New York.
